The Industrial Engineer Intern will support a variety of duties including creating standard work documentation, continuous improvement projects and Kaizen support activities. The Industrial Engineer Intern will work an estimated 15-20 hours per week.
What You’ll Do…
- Analyze assigned projects to develop strategies for completion including the establishment of plans, goals, and objectives.
- Participate in Kaizen support activities
- Required to work cross functionally with other departments
- Create standard work documentation
What You Need…
- Candidate in Sophomore, Junior or Senior year
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related degree
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Organized and effective time management skills
- Self-directed with the ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail
- Life-long learner and willing to learn new technologies
