As a newly created role, we are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist who will define and execute our Employer Branding initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.

What is the role about?

  • Co-create and help build Employer Brand for our growing ambitious business operating across different markets and talent segments: Sales & Operations, Tech and Business Functions for DACH and France markets.
  • Bring it to the next level across Tourlane key channels: LinkedIn, reputation platforms (Indeed/Glassdoor, Kununu), events.
  • Define talent personas and brand communications strategy that will sharpen Tourlane Employer Brand and continuously grow Tourlane brand awareness.
  • Brand activation along the candidate journey: from brand awareness stages to recruitment process steps and onboarding.
  • Talent market research and trends analysis on a quarterly basis.
  • Employer Brand ecosystem performance reporting and relevant analytics management.

What will you need to be successful?

  • BA in sociology, marketing, economics.
  • 4-5 years in talent marketing, employer branding or/and talent acquisition generalist roles with the focus on multi channeled marketing portfolio. Experience of marketing volume driven recruitment will be an asset.
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
