We are looking for an Employer Brand Specialist to drive SQUAD brand-building efforts in Ukraine. SQUAD is a strong research and delivery team that is passionate about our work and tackling challenges to develop and support the latest smart home security/IoT products.

We are looking for a specialist who is passionate about employer branding, creative and confident in taking action, and ready to take responsibility and drive results. In this role, you will handle offline and online activities to build and promote the SQUAD brand in the Ukrainian IT market.

You will work within the Employer Brand team and partner with HR, Recruitment, and Delivery teams. You will implement creative brand-building solutions and campaigns to inspire and engage individuals who share our values and are ready to join our team.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Develop employer branding activities such as online and offline events, campaigns, presentations, and out-of-the-box initiatives to attract talent and drive recruitment activity
• Bring to life external programs and initiatives to support the promotion of SQUAD according to the employer brand strategy
• Work closely with Content Writers to create unique content aimed at sharing our culture and tech experience
• Strengthen relationships with external parties and platforms and key IT communities to promote our brand among key talent
• Work closely with educational institutions to support the promotion of SQUAD
• Organize and support tech events to attract leading talent

Qualifications And Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Employer Branding / PR / Communications or relevant field
• Experience in community management and organizing events
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to establish trust with stakeholders, build and support transparency within teams across the company
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in employer branding
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
