Description

Job Description:
Develop new Asset products and solutionsfor corporate and other segments using corporate products and liaise with various stakeholders such as Sharia Legal IT Ops Risk etc for rollout
Enhance and modify existing Asset products and liaise with relevant stakeholders for implementing the changes
Engage with IT to ensure Asset product requirements are delivered and systems are enhanced to cater to the business requirements
Represent WB in various IT and system related projects and initiativessuch as core banking Finacle other subsystems system enhancements etc
Represent WB in cross functional initiatives projectssuch as projects lead by EIOPS RISK Finance Shariah Legal etc
Resolve Shariah and Internal Audit observations and ensure compliance of Asset products and processes

Job Requirements:
Provide training and conduct awareness sessions for bank staff on Asset products
Be a single point of contact to advise on appropriate solutions and other queries related to Asset products
Liaise with corporate operations to resolve the issues and facilitate transaction execution
Product Development
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such asbut not limited to Transaction Banking Sales RMs Credit Risk Operations risk Sharia Legal Compliance IT etc on Transaction Banking related products developments and roll outs

Additional Details:
Drive the banks NPPANew Product Process Approval process from Corporate banking side for new Transaction Banking product propositions as well as improving upon existing productseg technology platform documentation process structure collateralbrochure etc
Develop business requirements for enhancing smartTrade Collaborate with IT department audit and risk team to formulate project plans delivery schedules testing and implementation Monitor project progress in all aspects from requirements conceptualization to implementation
Regularly review the markets to identify opportunities and trends and seek implementation of the same in the bank so as to improve the banks competitiveness
Work closely with Relationship ManagersRMs in the process of marketing tailoring and delivering solutions for clients in the Trade and cash space and in a wider scope promote cross sell opportunities from Transaction Banking space to other units of the bank such as Retail Banking and Treasury
Advise clientsRMs on complex Trade and working capital transactions leads product rollout campaigns to the targeted client basestructuring documentation implementation processes etc
