Banking & Finance Associate solicitor sought by a global law firm to join its banking practice in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 4 – 6 pqe lawyer to join a well regarded / established practice at a highly regarded international law firm.

The role will involve advising both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, from leveraged / acquisition finance transactions, corporate lending, real estate finance, project finance etc. The role will involve working closely with the partners and team in Dubai, as well with the wider global network.

The firm is interested in Common Law qualified solicitors with c.4 – 6 years’ + PQE who are currently working at a leading Finance practice based in Dubai / the Middle East, London, Sydney, Hong Kong and keen to take their career to the next level.
