The Council is seeking to appoint a permanent Economic Development and Regeneration Officer. This is a flexible post, and the successful candidate may be required to work throughout the Service. The post holder will assist the Council’s Regeneration team, helping to provide professional expertise in dealing with a range of projects, support to businesses, place shaping and promoting growth. The successful candidate will be flexible in approach and thepost would be suitable for self-motivated graduates or an experienced officers. Appointment on the pay spine will be subject to skills and experience.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong project management skills, an ability to work effectively to deadlines and must be committed to providing high quality customer service. The successful candidate will be able to work on an agile basis but will be required to carry out regular site visits within the Borough and work in our Ormskirk office as required.
