e-KYC / Onboarding Manager

The role is for implementing continuous process improvements to maintain optimal efficiency and productivity of the KYC Onboarding team.

What you will do:

  • Ensure that onboarding processes remain appropriate and up to date in line with procedures and the firm’s regulatory requirement
  • Manage existing vendors/third-party service providers
  • Identify any significant gaps or quality issues in any areas of the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes, making recommendations for improvements
  • Horizon scanning and looking for future regulatory developments applicable to our business
  • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed objectives

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related courses
  • At least 8 years experience in other companies that are related to digital customer onboarding
  • Experience in managing a team is required
  • Experience in workforce planning is an advantage
  • Very strong analytical skills, able to gather and present data as well
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to flexible arrangements especially during peak seasons
  • Customer-centric and above-average knowledge of regulatory rules concerning Consumer Affairs
