The role is for implementing continuous process improvements to maintain optimal efficiency and productivity of the KYC Onboarding team.
What you will do:
- Ensure that onboarding processes remain appropriate and up to date in line with procedures and the firm’s regulatory requirement
- Manage existing vendors/third-party service providers
- Identify any significant gaps or quality issues in any areas of the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes, making recommendations for improvements
- Horizon scanning and looking for future regulatory developments applicable to our business
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related courses
- At least 8 years experience in other companies that are related to digital customer onboarding
- Experience in managing a team is required
- Experience in workforce planning is an advantage
- Very strong analytical skills, able to gather and present data as well
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to flexible arrangements especially during peak seasons
- Customer-centric and above-average knowledge of regulatory rules concerning Consumer Affairs
