Role Description

The successful candidate will be developing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s products or services online.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking key metrics such as conversions, clicks, and engagement, and analyzing the results of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Make adjustments to campaigns to improve their effectiveness. This might involve changing the targeting, messaging, or creative elements of a campaign.
  • Managing budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and meet budget constraints.
  • Creating marketing materials and campaigns across various channels, such as social media, search engines, and online advertising platforms.
  • Work closely with other squads, such as design, content, and product, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience of digital advertising products such as Google , Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok Ads
  • Experience managing Web and Mobile Attribution tools such as Adjust, App Annie and Google Analytics
  • Hands-on experience in on-page, off-page and technical SEO
  • Ability to run a multi-region keyword research to identify profitable keywords for SEO
  • Experience managing website content though CMS (Contentful, WordPress or Joomla)
  • Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic and marketing analytics;
  • Strong analytical and reporting skill set, capable of analyzing and reacting to digital performance data.
  • Comfortable working on Excel
  • Experience working on Google tag manager or similar tag management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Arabic native speaker and fluent in English
  • Deep understanding of digital landscape of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and UAE
  • Banking, fintech or financial background preferred

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant degree that is aligned to technology or engineering
  • Project Management Experience
  • Technical packages as spoken to in experience above
