The ideal candidate will be a people person, working within our local Central Recruitment Team and coordinating closely with our Regional HR Managers. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of critical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation
  • Ensure candidates receive an outstanding candidate experience as we grow our presence in different regions
  • Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Develop and implement candidate lead generation strategies
  • Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of qualifications and competencies
  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify recruitment improvement ideas to implement across regions

Desired Characteristics

  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience recruiting C-Level executives across multiple regions, ideally Europe and APAC
  • Exceptional interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection tactics
  • Experience working with an ATS and sourcing tools
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a clear sense of urgency to achieve results, ability to work within tight timelines
  • Proven track record successfully sourcing passive candidates
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
