Digital Learning Officer

The Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital learning professional to lead on developing and maximising the use of digital learning at a global charity. This is an exciting time to join as we have recently launched a new people strategy and digital learning will be instrumental to us achieving our ambitious goals. This varied role offers the opportunity to take the lead on managing our learning management system as well as design creative digital learning solutions and support people across the organisation to create and update their own digital learning.

Criteria

We are looking for someone with strong instructional design knowledge and skills as well as experience of both creating digital learning and managing a Moodle/Totara based learning management system. You will also need to be comfortable working collaboratively with subject matter experts who are unfamiliar with eLearning design tools and approaches and have excellent relationship building and communication skills.
