Job Purpose

To Assist program and project managers in, preparing implementation plan, implementing it, following up its activities, and writing reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing programs’ documents and making sure that will be in the line with the donor requirements.
• Contributing to projects implementing and following up all activities.
• Daily connect with projects field staff and receive field feedback.
• Prepare meetings with a variety of stakeholders and conduct meeting reports.
• Archiving all documents and organizing files on share point.
• Assist the projects managers.
• Translate the project documents from Arabic to English.

Qualification (Education/Work Experience/Languages)

A. Essential:**

• Bachelor degree / Business administration, English literature, or any related field.
• 1 year of experience with NGOs in the same position.
• English language skills – Upper-intermediate level.

B. Desirable:**

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• 2 years of experience with NGOs at related positions.
• English language advanced.
