Job Purpose
To Assist program and project managers in, preparing implementation plan, implementing it, following up its activities, and writing reports and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing programs’ documents and making sure that will be in the line with the donor requirements.
- Contributing to projects implementing and following up all activities.
- Daily connect with projects field staff and receive field feedback.
- Prepare meetings with a variety of stakeholders and conduct meeting reports.
- Archiving all documents and organizing files on share point.
- Assist the projects managers.
- Translate the project documents from Arabic to English.
Note: the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Another future responsibility/accountability may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart. **
Qualification (Education/Work Experience/Languages)
A. Essential:**
- Bachelor degree / Business administration, English literature, or any related field.
- 1 year of experience with NGOs in the same position.
- English language skills – Upper-intermediate level.
B. Desirable:**
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- 2 years of experience with NGOs at related positions.
- English language advanced.
