Vacancy Status: Open Installs, configures, repairs, maintains and upgrades PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. Installs antivirus on desktops and removes viruses. Troubleshoots and resolves incidents (Hardware and Software) related to desktop and associated peripherals. Resolves support issues (logged or adhoc) ensuring that all issues are followed up on and resolved. Completes all project work on time / as per agreed schedule and communicates progress with all parties concerned. Provides solutions to the business with a view to increasing productivity. Always keeps client informed with the progress of calls / issues (Customer communication). Develops and maintains productive client relationships. Experience: Minimum of three years solid experience in similar Opening: 5 Education: Diploma/ Bachelors Nationality: Any Industry Type: System Integrator
