SIEM Solution Architect ArcSight

You will be working with business and technical teams to gather requirements, produce functional specifications and evaluate new ArcSight ESM and Logger solutions as well as improvements to existing . Your role will be to ensure new and existing business process changes, systems implementation and configuration/customisation cumulatively provide an improving, appropriate and maintainable solution to support the business.Key responsibilities��� Provide technical advice, governance and solution delivery for internal business and IT initiatives��� Stakeholder management and requirements analysis��� Investigating and resolving technical problems��� Provide direction to the business and technical teams throughout the project, maintaining focus on the core aims:��� Minimum risk��� Minimum customisation to systems��� Simplicity over complexity��� Identification of core business differentiators as the only justification for customisation��� Provide input to decisions on:��� Technology stack��� Non-functional requirements��� Business requirements��� Design, build and test phases��� Participate in the Design Authority, including contributing to the shaping of process and governance.��� Develop and maintain technology architecture documentation��� Develop and maintain technology architecture cost and return on investment (ROI) models to assess architecture change��� Develop and maintain an understanding of the software and how that can be leveraged within the organisation��� Technical product review and alignment with architecture vision and roadmap��� Verification that installation prerequisites have been met��� Confirmation of integration requirements according to returned customer questionnaire��� Design and validation of the proposed ArcSight solution configuration��� Documentation of the deployed ArcSight Express solution��� Close-out meeting��� The typical ArcSight technical installation tasks include:��� Configuration of network connectivity settings��� Configuration of the Database, Manager, Web and Administrator Console��� Configuration of the Connector��� Configuration of required user accounts for administrators and users��� Configure monitoring rules
