Designer��� Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;��� Ability to think out of the box and come up with new innovative ideas that can sell a project��� Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;��� Estimating the time required to complete the work and adhere to those timelines;��� Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;��� Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to line manager New business development manager;��� Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;��� Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;��� Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print;��� Good Knowledge of design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,��� Nice to have working knowledge of 3ds Max, After Effects and Flash;��� Working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.��� Able to work under tight deadlines and make deliver on time��� Multi-tasking is a must and should be able to handle multiple projects
