As the Product Director you will support business growth processes in this leadership position over the Product Strategy, finding ways to expand Product Market Research. On one side, you are leading the Product Management function, while coordinating with Engineering, product Marketing and other teams. On the other side, you are incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach.You direct Product Development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.) You should be able to translate ideas into strategy and features and follow product development from start to finish. To be successful as a Product Director, you will need to combine strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with relentless ambition and energy, which will enable the Business to reach targets, goals, and attain objectives.What you will do��� Work closely with leadership on overall growth strategy and ensure product is in line with company vision��� Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps��� Through meaningful, in-depth user research you will identify the needs of both businesses and consumers. You will proactively conceive, document and drive the creation of new products and enhancements based on research, data collection, competitive analysis, market understanding, customer input and feedback from commercial teams��� Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products��� Making data-driven decisions, define necessary tools to gather, track and measure key business data points��� Drive the entire product development life cycle end to end from market research, product design, implementation to deployment��� Assist in tender/RFP responses, large account presentations and workshops��� Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)��� Create quality user stories and work collaboratively with Tech teamsWhat you will bring��� 10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Innovation or Product Marketing for B2B (business to business) products or companies. Financial Institution or Fintech background is a plus.��� 5 years of experience as a people leader��� Proven track record in product planning, defining and launching successful products, unifying product portfolios, and also working with SaaS product lines��� Thorough knowledge of Financial Services industry, focusing on how clients (such as wallet providers and telecom operators) are utilizing big data platforms to deliver variety of credit services��� Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred��� Proven track record of driving product innovation and bringing new products to market��� Agile methodology experience��� Knowledge of digital industry trends to build strategy��� Understanding of budgets and business-planning��� Ability to conduct market research��� Excellent decision-making, presentation skills and strong influencing skills to be able to interface and articulate our products and analytical capabilities to our clients, leadership, Technology and other internal teams��� Excellent communication, analytical, leadership and organizational skills��� Problem-solving aptitude��� Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment��� The role requires occasional travelWhy you should apply��� Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative working environment��� Be a part of a multicultural working environment��� Meet a very unique and promising business and industry��� Gain insights for tomorrow market s foreground��� Competitive renumeration package��� Comprehensive private healthcare insurance��� Performance-based bonus scheme��� Continuous training��� Company phone and laptop��� Yoga lessons and access to squash court
