The role

You will be at the very core of your team’s success. You will lead by example and work with your Assistant Department Manager to ensure maximum results in both sales and your team’s motivation and enjoyment.

What you will be doing

  • Work with HR in the recruitment and selection of your team
  • Provide coaching and management to your Assistant Department Managers enabling them to drive the team’s success
  • Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service.
  • Be daring in delivery of the store clienteling strategy. Create a culture of consistently going above and beyond ensuring the store experience of your teams’ clients is at the centre of everything you do.
  • Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
  • Take accountability for finding a resolution to customer queries and complaints.
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge of both stocked brands and new brands to market informing your opinions on current and future trends, and competitor activity.
  • Celebrate your team’s fabulousness wherever you see it
  • You will be required to work weekends and evenings

Skills and experience you need

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar retail sales management role
  • Experience of executing a Clienteling strategy with demonstrable results
  • Enjoy and know our brands and products
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
