About The Role

We’re looking for a confident and friendly Customer Support Executive to join our team in Ripon office.

This is a permanent role, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with alternative weekends (paid as overtime).

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Taking phone calls
  • Processing orders and tracking deliveries
  • Sourcing products from different suppliers
  • Being a single point of contact for customers

About You

  • Customer service experience preferable
  • Salesforce experience beneficial
