Lithtex NW is now hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to provide 5-star service to inbound calls from potential customers. This is an entry-level customer service role perfect for someone interested in learning and growing within our company.
Lithtex NW is a division of Northwest Center and a proud operator within our Social Enterprise model. We have strong roots within the Bellingham and Mt. Vernon communities and our Lithtex NW team loves what they do, and always strives to deliver the highest-quality products possible.
Location: Bellingham
Schedule: Monday through Friday during business hours
Wage: DOE + Excellent Benefits

Essential Duties
- Supporting our sales team by handling incoming calls from potential customers
- Respond promptly to customers via phone and email
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- An eye for detail
- Able to complete tasks with limited supervision
- Some experience with graphics design preferred
