Customer Service Representative or Technical Support Representative
Location: Athens, Greece (Remote)

Availability to start: March and April
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
Pay: Salary for German language is 1200€ Gross

Your benefits
According to Greek legislation you are also entitled to:
+ Christmas Benefit – one extra salary proportional to the actual days worked during the period from May to December, payable until the 23rd of December.
+ Easter Benefit – half a salary, proportional to the actual days worked during the period from January to April, payable during the week before Easter.
+Leave Allowance – half a salary, proportional to the actual days worked annually payable until the end of July, or in the end of each calendar year or at the termination (not renewal) of the contract.
Required Skill:
+ Communications skills (Currently looking for Candidates Who are fluent with German speaking and understanding of English is also required during training.
+ And understanding of English is also required during training.
Responsibilities:
+ Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
+ Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
+ Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e., order up-selling, troubleshooting, fraud order and returns)
+ Be knowledgeable about given promotions and inform customers about new offers
+ Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs
+ Data entry in various platforms
Relocation required:
+ 100% Remote Position (This opportunity is a remote job from GREECE only. Ideal candidate who are from other countries (EU Union Country Only) need to relocate anywhere in Greece.
+ Relocation assistance will be provided along with Flight ticket, 4 weeks hotel stay and Real Estate Agency fees to find you an apartment).
+ Greece Tax number will be provided too as
Qualifications
+ At least 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
+ Freshers with good communication can apply too.
+ Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
