Exciting Opportunity for a Tax Accountant | Korean Language

Your new company
Hays has partnered with a Global Company who have recently partnered with leaders in the industry to work on a large scale project. They are seeking a Tax Accountant to assist with this project in their Brisbane office.

Your new role
As the Tax Accountant you will have various tax related responsibilities.

Some core duties include:

• Preparation of consolidated company tax returns and tax-effect accounting
• Indirect Tax returns and other compliance (BAS, PAYG, FBT)
• Preparation of Tax governance document and internal tax working process paper
• Assistance with financial reports when required

As the Tax Accountant you will be constantly liaising with stakeholders including International HQ, Australian taxation office and other external consultants. You will also be required to complete ad hoc duties when necessary.

What you’ll need to succeed
As the Tax Accountant your role will require you to have relevant experience in a similar role. You will need to be able to work independently whilst also having strong communication skills in both English and Korean. It is desired that you have either CA/CPA qualifications and/or a relevant Tax qualification.
