About The Role

We are looking for a Credit Investigator to join our team with a real can-do attitude who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Role Responsibility

Role And Responsibilities

  • To investigate all credits claimed for by the customers on a daily basis.
  • Process and raise the credits accordingly using minster.
  • Interrogate stock balances, using high level product and location knowledge, an understanding of and the ability to use voice technology and knowledge of customer services processes.
  • Apply your awareness of the failed delivery process and stock, product audits when investigating credits.
  • Develop and use grounded knowledge of warehouse processes, inclusive of product knowledge, stock control, voice, marshalling and goods in.
  • Apply your knowledge of commercial audit processes and procedures, including credit investigations, interrogating stock balances, product and location knowledge, understanding of and the ability to use voice technology, knowledge of customer services processes and procedures. This includes, failed delivery process.
  • Utilise your knowledge of transport processes and procedures, reviewing driver documentation i.e. load plans, discrepancy sheets ensuring credits have been reported, delivery invoices ensuring driver compliance of completing correct information and subsequent product returns.
  • The ability post training to Delivery Confirm KFC invoices.

You will need

  • Are you enthusiastic, committed & driven to achieve effective results and reach all targets?
  • Able to work well under pressure, take pride in your work with a high standard of accuracy?
  • Ability to focus on accuracy, with a methodical approach and must have a keen eye for detail?
  • The ability to learn and retain new processes to support the effective investigation of customer credits.
  • History of developing and maintaining relationships with other functions of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Clear and concise phone manner

Pro-active and able to work well under pressure using your own initiative.

  • Of an inquisitive and assertive nature
  • PC literate

If you have answered yes to all the above and want to be part of the BEST team, then we may have the perfect role for you. The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage the National Account Support team and the smooth day to day running of the Business Development function.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30. An element of flexibility required to work one Saturday per month plus the requirement to work Bank Holidays as required.
