Corporate Fundraising Associate (m/f)

UNICEF in Croatia is looking for the Corporate Fundraising Associate (m/f) responsible for providing support to the Corporate Fundraising area in terms of acquisition, renewals, maintaining and engaging of corporate donors.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to raising much needed funds from the corporate sector in order to deliver on programmatic and emergency needs.
• Research and identification of opportunities with the business sector; contribute to the development of strategic approaches; networking and stewardship of contacts.
• Conveying the message of UNICEF program activities and representing UNICEF, its vision and mission with the highest regard for organizational values.
• Support the Milky Way Race event with a focus on the acquisition of corporate teams. Support to other fundraising channels through collaborations and partnerships, where experience in working with the ICT sector is an advantage (to explore innovative FR solutions and activations).
• Prepare necessary content and materials to support activities (contracts, briefs, proposals, presentations); provide excellent administrative and logistics support (events) in an effort to achieve overall targets.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience, in Sales or ICT sector preferred
• High level of sales, customer management, negotiating skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Croatian is required.
