Bingo Loco has taken the world by storm and now has operations in Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia .

Event Labs is the corporate arm of the world renowned Bingo Loco. We develop events from concept stage to planning and preparation right through to implementation and completion. We have several trademark event concepts that need to be customised for our clients needs and work with all of the major key players within the industry

The main duties of the role will be:

You will work closely with the Company Directors and support the whole event process from concept, planning, through to event execution and carrying out post-event evaluation. The role is very hands-on, high pace and involves working as part of a dynamic team.

Typical tasks include:

• Plan and manage virtual, physical and hybrid events which includes, venue and talent booking, risk assessments, health & safety requirements, schedules and reporting
• Research venues, suppliers and contractors, negotiate prices and hire
• Relationship management – ensuring clear and concise communication with clients throughout
• Generate innovative ideas that are on brand for our type of entertainment
• Preparing, pitching and giving presentations to clients alongside the sales team
• Upholding brand identity and ethos across projects
• Using client feedback to improve experience and retention
• Ensure all client projects are delivered on brief, on brand and on budget
• Supervise and support Event Managers with technical planning to ensure client satisfaction
• Project Management – take ownership of multiple medium to large scale projects and lead them from brief through to event production and reporting
• Produce detailed creative proposals for events

The person we are looking for should have the following:

• Knowledge and experience in delivering virtual and hybrid events in addition to live events.
• A natural entrepreneurial attitude to recognise and seize opportunities
• A commercial mind to maximise every interaction and event
• A proven track record of business development and ability to attract new clients
• A strong communicator both internally and externally
