What You’ll Do:
Our Operational Excellence Internship is a twelve-week early career development internship that will ignite your career growth and position you in the talent pool from which future business leaders emerge at Ferrara.
The internship assignments consist of projects across our key focus areas including Business Administration, Supply Chain Systems and Financial Planning & Analysis. Internship provides experiences that will expand knowledge base and demonstrate leadership ability.
Ways you will make a difference
Recommends process improvements to streamline for efficiencies
- Drive value and lead savings outcomes while collaborating with various functions
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Combining analysis of market and/or internal spend trends to assess opportunities for value generation
- Performing analysis and preparing dashboards that help drive decision making
- Evaluating performance and opportunities for improving material management and/or logistics
- Assisting with other projects as they arise
Experiences & Skills That Will Make You Successful
- Spring 2024 grad majoring in: Supply Chain, Business Administration, Quality, Information Systems Management
- Involvement on campus (Program Affiliated, Athletic, Community, etc.)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Agile Thinker and problem solver
- Interest in exploring a career in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Operational Excellence
