About the TeamITWorks Middle East Organization is hiring a Consultant I for the Client Application Management team. We are transforming the way care is managed and delivered, using technology to underpin the management of care across some of the largest healthcare systems in the regions; focusing on enabling our clients to better understand, manage and engage their resources to deliver a higher quality of care at a lower cost, and accelerate and support the delivery of new models of care.About the RoleConsultants for the Cerner Clairvia Solution Suite guide the client and Cerner colleagues in identifying and executing the changes required to achieve defined value related to Workforce and Workload management of care providers and support staff within Acute and Outpatient venues. Using effective consulting skills in meetings and project events, the consultant drives the client through the design of clinical and operational processes, solutions and technology workflows, and successful adoption that will lead to the desired value. Consultants I is responsible for guiding application decisions related to the design, build, and implementation of the Clairvia Suite, with a focus on workflows, change management, end-user adoption, and value achievement. The Clinical Consultant partners with the project team to guide clients on best practices, issue resolution and client experience. We are currently seeking experienced Consultants to focus on the Cerner Clairvia solution suite including solutions focused on scheduling, caregiver assignments, and reporting capabilities to improve operational efficiency across healthcare organizations.QualificationsBasic Qualifications��� Bachelors degree in or 4 years work experience directly related to the duties of the jobPreferred Qualifications��� At least 3 years of clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology work experience��� Previous Cerner Clairvia Solution Suite experience��� Previous experience with staff scheduling, staffing assignments, staffing workflows, hospital admission/registration process, and/or other related hospital operations��� Previous experience with workload and workforce management��� Previous client consulting experience��� Cerner Millennium application experience��� Experience managing large, complex full-cycle solution implementations��� Experience implementing client/server applications��� Highly skilled & Proficient in English Verbal & Written communicationExpectations��� Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dubai, U.A.E��� Must be willing to travel up to 80-100% as needed��� Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations��� Perform other responsibilities as assignedAdditional InformationAll employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
