IPS-Integrated Project Services
The primary focus of this position is to assist in ensuring that the supplier work is completed safely and in compliance with the contract documents and project schedule. Further, this position is responsible to support the Work Package Owner or the Construction Manager for collecting and assembling on-site testing reports, inspection reports, and the completion of Construction Completion Records for close-out documentation to the IPS Commissioning team and client.
Your Role
- Supports the WPO or the CM assigned vendors and subcontractors to meet project goals.
- Provides necessary support to the WPO or the CM to ensures projects meet applicable quality requirements.
- Interacts with relevant stakeholders at the site on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships.
- Oversees the work of assigned suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Participates in constructability reviews of design documents.
- Supports the WPO or the CM in managing supplier field T&M change requests.
- Supports the WPO or the CM in evaluating the legitimacy of the request in terms of contractual requirements and validity of cost estimate.
- Facilitates communication between suppliers and project personnel.
- Supports the RFI process.
Duration Of The Contract
- Start date: ASAP
- End date: expected completion of Construction Phase in July 2024, with option to release early or extend giving 1 month notice
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Delivery or a related discipline.
- Fluent French language skills and ideally, English at min. B2 level
