Compliance Coordinator

Salary: £22-25k

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Possibility of hybrid working after probation)

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator for our client based in Manchester. This role will be a junior position working within an excellent team with a great culture with the possibility of hybrid working after completing the probation period. In this role you will ensure audit standards are met, assist with the factory onboarding and help to oversee the whole process in a timely manner. The company work with multiple factories across the regions and require that all suppliers follow to all legal and industry standards as well as our supplier manual and in-house policies.

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience within the Fashion Industry/ a degree within the Fashion Industry, administration and audit experience and be willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Learning and understanding the Supplier Manual and the correct policies
• Scheduling and assessing factory pre-sourcing audits during the Factory onboarding process
• Monitor compliance to the Supplier Manual
• Schedule check ups with factories, including training with factories
• Oversee corrective action plan development and track all findings
• Work with the Compliance Teams
• Monitor and regulate the supply chain against any policy violations
• Chasing receipts
• General administration tasks
• Be willing to learn any evolving best practices in Compliance industry track audit booking, CAP closures and 3rd party audit scheduling.
• Logging all audit findings accurately
• Assist in the monitoring and organisation of 3rd party inspections of goods.
• Once a year international travel to factories and suppliers once it is safe to do so
