ersg are looking for a Compliance Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring that all contract placements made globally are compliant from a role status and engagement model perspective. This position will provide you with the opportunity to develop core skills and experience in a contracts & compliance and operations/central services sector. Responsibilities Include

Primary objective is to ensure that every candidate that is onboarded is fully compliant from a role status and engagement model perspective, ensuring all contractor documentation is accurate, complete and fit for purpose.

This will involve working closely with the contract administrators and sales team, to ensure all compliance aspects of the placement process are covered.

Ensuring we offer a best-in-class candidate onboarding experience

Driving the audit and monitoring of all global contract placements to ensure compliance is maintained

Building and maintaining relationships with all external compliance suppliers including UK/international payroll, insurance and compliance advice providers

Working collaboratively with the payroll and operations support teams to ensure end to end process runs smoothly and that there are no payment delays to workers due to missing compliance documents.

Ensuring regulatory requirements put in place by the legal team such as IR35 and GDPR are followed

About You

Previous experience in an office environment is required, in a recruitment compliance role is preferred, but full training will be provided

Excellent communication skills – confident and good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external contacts via e-mail and on the phone

Methodical, organised and conscientious approach to your work
