Communications Team Leader

Overview of position:

• HART is looking for suitable candidates with relevant experience in Communication Team Leading for one of their project.

Role objectives:

• The Team Leader will lead the work of the team, oversee the timely preparation and delivery of each deliverable & act as main contact point with our client for operational matters.

Project reporting:

• This role reports to the Project Manager

Key competencies:

• Masters Degree in the field of Communications, Media, Public Relations, International Relations, Development, or another related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant general professional working experience.
• Minimum 6 years’ work experience managing projects (including staff management) in the field of communications, culture, social media, public diplomacy.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience with communications campaigns & social media management.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience involving the development of TORs & procurement processes professional experience of the following types will be taken into account positively namely, project management under our client procedures & knowledge of our clients visibility requirements of work experience in South East Asia, work experience in or with Myanmar.
• Must be fluent in English.

• This role has no team management responsibility.
