Communications Assistant

We are seeking a Communications Assistant to research, write and publish various types of pieces for our company’s communication platform for externally and internally such as social media, email blasts, mass media, internal staff website platforms and websites. Ultimately, you will help us reach and expand our audience by delivering interesting, engaging content covering our U.S. and international work. We are looking for someone who can discover attention-grabbing stories, extract meaning from the mundane and infuse emotion into our campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Research ongoing or completed projects to find meaningful content.
• Interview our staff and industry professionals in order to determine interesting facts and details of our projects and events.
• Coordinate with our Marketing and Communications teams to create engaging communications campaigns.
• Promote content on our social networks and monitor engagement and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, business, marketing, English or a similar field.
• Experience creating strong, engaging content.
• Excellent research skills.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Experience in video graphics and photography.
