Overview of position:

• HART is looking for suitable candidates with relevant experience in Communication Campaigns Management for one of their project.

Role objectives:

• The expert will pilot the Europe based communication campaigns & report to the Team Leader in Yangon.

Project reporting:

• This role reports to the Project Manager

Key competencies:

• Masters Degree in the field of Communications, Media, Public Relations, International Relations, Development, or another related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant general professional working experience.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience conceptualising, organising & conducting public relations campaigns with both the European business & public sectors.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working on communications initiatives.
• Professional experience of the following types will be taken into account positively namely work experience in South East Asia, work experience in or with Myanmar, work experience with the European business sector & / or trade unions.
• Must be fluent in English.

Team management:

• This role has no team management responsibility.
