Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Escalation/Customer Service: Defect analysis and system resolution, Commission representative escalated inquiries (ACD call/email/letter), error reprocessing, establishing preventative controls or processes, problem analysis and resolution. Provides technical interpretation and advice of system operations
- Quality Verification (QV)/Training: QV commission reports for data integrity; monthly QV of Commission Representative processing; monthly inquiry QV; oversight of department training, identifying training/coaching opportunities; coach Commission Representatives through written feedback and one on one coaching; run QV audit reports and provide recommendations on findings; create/update/maintain departmental policy and procedure documentation
- System Coding/Testing: Coding and testing of commission system (includes: creation of design documents, coding rules and rates, unit testing, migration to system test and production environments, and supporting system testing), database creation and maintenance
- Projects/Testing/Special Projects: Project testing, regression testing, new product testing, product revisions
- Quality Verification (QV)/Training: QV commission reports for data integrity; monthly QV of Commission Representative processing; monthly inquiry QV; oversight of department training, identifying training/coaching opportunities; coach Commission Representatives through written feedback and one on one coaching; run QV audit reports and provide recommendations on findings; create/update/maintain departmental policy and procedure documentation
- Compliance: Oversight of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting for the commission team.
- Workflow administration: Monitors workflow and distributes work to members of the commission tea

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 or more years of related experience

Functional Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to all employee levels
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and process a variety of tasks and high volumes of work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be adaptable to a changing environment and shifting responsibilities
