What will you do

• Key business partner that builds and nurture a high performance management culture, reporte on the actual performance with insights on product/ segment/ channel performance
• Make sure we have a high performing team through coaching, capability management and talent development while nurturing a great collaboration atmosphere, foster a thorough risk management culture, coordinate the identification, evaluation and assessment of risks & chances facing the business
• Manage the end-to-end Business-as-Usual planning cycle with Quarterly Forecasts and Medium Term Planning by acting as a Key Liaison point between departments and challenging the assumptions to increase value and efficiency
• Engage with all key business stakeholders to facilitate alignment, ensure transparency and create the framework to challenge the status quo, coordinate ad-hoc support for projects and decisions making, from entering into sales contracts to Business Cases
• Create a continuous improvement environment with the aim to standardize and simplify our lives and coordinate a high-performing financial team, create a knowledge management culture to facilitate on-boarding of new colleagues and quick, smooth transfer of activities within the team

How do you know you are the right fit

Education / Training: University Degree (Economic or Management field)

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years experience and team management experience

• ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA in progress will be a plus

Languages: Romanian and English (advanced level)
