Position Title: Cloud Kitchen Manager Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: Cloud Kitchen in Dubai Job Description: ? Responsible Ensure effective operation in; quality, speed and accuracy to meet and exceed customer expectations ? Manage kitchen controls such as; labor cost, inventory and stock management, scheduling, ordering on a daily basis ? Follow and enforce compliance to all restaurant safety and sanitation, security policies and procedures in line with the local municipality codes in the work place ? Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management team and the kitchen staff ? Assist in continuing growth, training and development, retention, and engagement of employees inside the kitchen
Requirements
Qualifications: ? 40 years and below ? At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen operations and culinary management ? Strong knowledge of food legislation, relevant codes of practice, quality standards, health and safety legislation ? Experience in at least 3 of the following cuisine: American, Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, Asian, Bakery
