tourHQ is an online platform that connects travellers to guides around the world. We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team.
In the initial period, this position will be work from home. Once the Covid situation improves, we will consider transitioning this to the office in Hauz Khas in New Delhi.
Responsibilities
1) Maintain the relationship with our tour guides and suppliers. Work with them on the entire range of tourHQ products, including online tours.
2) Assist travellers in using the tourHQ system, as well as planning their holiday.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years client relationship experience.
- Experience in the travel industry would be a plus.
- Excellent English, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You should have studied at a premier institute.
Salary will be in the range of Rs 23k-33k depending on work experience.
