Job description

APX plans to hire an executive who specializes in building investor relations and providing support in  fundraising with potential investors. APX Fund focuses on investing in the “all-star” companies in the “new economy” space. The Fund mainly invests in late-stage, pre-IPO and listed Internet and technology leaders. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experiences in providing professional wealth management and investment services to High Net-Worth clients, and to build up and maintain business relationships with them.

Role Specific Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the work on new fundraising and maintains relationships with the existing investors
  • Build and expand the investor network and channels; conduct the required due diligence on potential investors
  • Develop insights into the investment strategies and attributes of the existing funds; liaise with the rest of the team for fundraising and investor communication
  • Facilitate the growth of the Fund to invest in the “all-star” companies in the “new economy” space that help enhance the well-being of Chinese consumers
  • Comply with full compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory bodies

 Qualifications

  • Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent;
  • Has 2-3 years of experiences in providing professional wealth management and investment services to High Net-Worth clients, and to build up and maintain business relationships with them;
  • Has a basic understanding of the Asia-Pacific fund market and assists the team to update the latest developments and competitive landscape in the industry;
  • Sales-oriented with good relationship building and customer service skills;
  • Has strong Biliteracy and Trilingualism (Cantonese, Mandarin and English) communication and presentation skills;
  • A great team player, who is self-motivated and entrepreneurial
