As a Claims Analyst, you will be supporting the Claims and Client services departments of the customer journey ensuring a smooth process. Additionally you will be completing ad-hoc admin tasks.

Our Client is a nationally recognised Financial Services business with a innovative mindset. The reason they are recruiting a Claims Analyst is to join their growing team with exciting plans, based in Manchester.

Description

As a Claims Analyst your main duty will be to process claims in a efficient manner, ensure the system is update accordingly. Additionally you will be but not limited to;

  • Preparing claims prior to submission
  • Report to the manager processing a portfolio of the client’s claims
  • Lead negotiations on behalf of the clients and underwriters
  • Deal with queries from lenders and clients
  • Attend meetings with clients and other parties

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will be;

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Effectively communicate both in written and verbal form
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Great interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients/third party businesses
  • Previous experience in a FCA background
  • Great organisational skills
