Qualifications
The Role
Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine for the Italian Restaurant – Rocca. A passionate Chef who enjoys taking extra mile to ensure perfection and pays extra attention to details. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for creating new recipes that delights and attracts customers whilst maintaining high standards of products quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Completion of relevant Culinary program or Apprenticeship
- Minimum 2 years��������� work experience in Hospitality
- Expert in Italian cuisine with experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to details and good hygiene knowledge
- Passion to deliver memorable moments for our guests
- High level of interpersonal skills and able to build lasting relationships within the department and across the hotel
- Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer
