The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.
Responsibilities
- GST Audits & Reviews, Tax optimization/credit optimization assignments, Support other Professional Firms in Audits/Reviews
- Research on specific issues in IDT laws
- Preparation of exception report to partners, Contribution in academics by supporting the team heads
- Job-profitability analysis and enhancement
- Multiple Client interface, discussions, and resolving queries
- Sending updates for change in law/provisions to the respective clients
- Ensuring timely and quality deliverables and invoicing
- Review of Juniors/team’s work
- Contribute to the knowledge initiatives of the firm viz. articles, seminars, news-letter, knowledge management, etc…
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Freshers)
- Practical GST Knowledge during articles/post
- Familiarity with GST law, legal procedures, and protocols
