As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will work in partnership with TA Team in helping the Talent Partners deliver on shortlisting and proactive pipelining for stakeholders.

In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for supporting the team in identifying suitable candidates for open vacancies, reviewing applications and screening candidates as well as supporting administrative tasks such as completing feedback forms and working with the TA admins to set up interviews.

  • Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.
  • Manage our internal recruitment processes from start to finish, working directly with Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Build market maps and identify potential talent both passive and active.
  • Build and manage projects on LinkedIn for Talent Partners.
  • Manage end to end internships and junior level recruitment.
  • Support on any special projects as required within the TA team.
  • Be an ambassador of the noon brand both internally and externally and uphold and demonstrate noon corporate values
  • Screen candidates via resume review and phone interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to create appealing, accurate job descriptions and post them online.
  • Manage talent database, including contact information and skill lists of applicants and potential future applicant

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Highly-engaged team member
  • End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable
