Guardian is seeking an Infor Business Systems Analyst that would join our team who will support the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization in implementing the next generation of knowledge systems centered on Infor M3 CloudSuite ERP for our Glass business. As an Infor Functional Analyst, you will partner with the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, sales, operations, supply chain, and accounting teams to design processes, capture requirements, make configurations within Infor M3 for direct materials, and support Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) business process design that utilize existing Source to Pay channels to execute Guardian���������s purchasing needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive business process design and optimization experience as well as knowledge of commercial business processes, data management, broad understanding of Infor technology, tenacity for solving problems, and excellent communication anaboration skills. Candidates should be comfortable working on a global dynamic, cross functional team where you will use initiative and leadership skills, to discover opportunities and create a cross divisional customer experience, focused on maximizing value creation for our customers and Guardian.

This role is open to being worked remote, with a preference to sit in the Detroit, MI area.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Apply Business Analysis principles to elicit, understand and document requirements. This may require leading meetings and workshops.
  • Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicating this back to stakeholders.
  • Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements.
  • Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.
  • Understand and document process flows, integration points, forms and workflow requirements impacting areas of responsibilities
  • Configure and advise best practices to enable purchasing workstream within Infor M3 per requirements.
  • Support and collaborate with Operations team to enable Infor EAM related design decisions
  • Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be processes
  • Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision, scope, and capabilities
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
  • Assist in conducting research of alternatives and cost/benefit analysis
  • Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and maintain accountability
  • Assist with the creation and impact of deployment and cutover plans
  • Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and strong sense of urgency in all assignments as part of a fast-paced project implementation environment

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with configuring, implementing, and supporting an organizations ERP systems (ex: Infor M3, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience conducting interviews to gather user requirements
  • Experience supporting requirements gathering
  • Experience developing documentation and design specifications
  • Experience developing metrics
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 products and process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Mapping process flows
  • Experience with Infor EAM is desirable.
  • Infor M3 CloudSuite multi-tenant configuration experience.
  • Infor EAM and/or Coupa integration experience desirable.
  • Prior manufacturing industry experience desirable.
  • Working Knowledge of Agile/SDLC development methodologies Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science or equivalent

For this role, we anticipate paying $75,000 – $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
