Job Title: Business Support Specialist – HR, Compliance and Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide efficient, flexible, and proactive support to the Practice Director and to assist and provide cover for other members of the Support Team. To respond to enquiries to and by the Practice Director and members of the Senior Management Team promptly and politely and to always ensure excellence in Firm’s services.
- To provide effective and efficient business support administrator services for the HR department, accounting department and compliance department.
- To support the development, management and delivery of Firm’s Strategy and Business Plan.
- Assist Practice Director in the development, maintenance and review of systems, procedures, and internal policies, in accordance with requirements and professional standards.
- In order to deliver services effectively, a degree of flexibility is needed, and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above.
- General Administrative Support
- Arrange meetings and pre-briefs as needed with team members.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings as needed.
- Manage and respond to a variety of correspondence, including recruitment of staff, letters, emails and general ad-hoc enquiries.
- Handle the administrative elements of the recruitment process.
- Process invoices using the financial management system.
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative work as needed.
Educational Background:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
