Your Job

As a Receptionist

You are responsible of Managing the Reception Desk during Business Hours, Coordinate optimization of all service equipment – repairs & maintenance, and Liaise closely with site management, Work Place Management (EMEA) and FM Services Company

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain meeting room standards
  • Coordinate service/supply vendors
  • Daily supervision of Office Support staff
  • Act as Point of Contact for FM Service Providers
  • Log all requests and visits and escort

Your Skills And Experience

To qualify for this position, you need to have:

  • High School diploma or higher
  • A minimum experience as an Office Receptionist for 2 years
  • A minimum experience in the Office Administration for 1 years
  • Good in English language ( Speaking, Writing , and Reporting )
  • Strong in in Planning & organizing

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

  • الحفاظ على معايير قاعة اجتماعات
  • تنسيق الخدمات / البائعين العرض
  • الإشراف اليومي على موظفي مكتب الخدمات
  • بمثابة نقطة الاتصال لمقدمي الخدمات
  • تسجيل جميع الطلبات والزيارات ومرافقة

مهاراتك وخبرتك:

للتأهل لهذا المنصب، تحتاج إلى أن يكون

  • حاصل على شهادة الثانوية أو أعلى
  • خبره موظف استقبال لا تقل عن 2 سنة
  • خبره سابقه في إدارة المكتب 1 سنة
  • القدره على التحدث,الكتابه و الإبلاغ باللغة الإنجليزية جيدا
  • قوي في التخطيط والتنظيم
