We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is also caring and compassionate to join our friendly team. The Role of the Business Support Officer is to provide business support to Managers, Social Workers and Social Care Support Officers within the Adult Social Care Team.

Duties Include

  • M aintain timely, accurate and up to date records and information for management and other professionals showing commitment for the role.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers and colleagues.
  • Follow processes and procedures adhering to strict timescales, escalating tasks where necessary.
  • Work closely with colleagues, managers and other professionals to deliver an effective and high-quality service ensuring targets are met

We are currently working with greater flexibility and have a blended approach with attendance at an office base and working from home on a rota’d basis.
