Key Responsibilites:

  • To help GSK Korea to have best quality in performance measurement and insight gathering from internal and external data
  • Connect and maximize the commercial value of all available external & internal data sources by engaging the LOC’s business stakeholders
  • Create consistent and coherent performance measurement and tracking system in LOC to deliver business insights and brand performance forecast accuracy
  • Establish standard KPIs in collaboration with key stakeholders and provide strong measurement and monitoring tools to track commercial performance
  • To be the advocate to upskill overall sales & marketing’s capabilities in conducting data driven approach strategic analysis at all level.
  • To support decision making, manage overall process of primary market research and define the appropriate methodology for market research projects based on business objective
  • Review and select recommended appropriate primary market research agencies consistent with procurement policies
  • Data and insight providing for key meeting platform and stakeholders
  • Manage BI dashboards to ensure dashboard performance and data qulity
  • Training end-users to use the dashboard and to find insights
  • Manage end-user list in accordance with data governace and organization change
  • Manage reference data upload process for the dashboard update
  • Timely update and report of regular secondary data for dashboard update and report release.
  • Data support to stakeholders for new product launch preparation, market benchmarking for forecast and other ad-hoc reasons
  • Process management, marketing consultation and KRPIA reporting of primary market research
  • Vendor management and contract to provide various secondary data efficiently.
  • Provide digital analytics to monitor ominichannel related KPIs in marketing and sales

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, Business analytics, Commerce, Marketing or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in pharma commercial org preferred
  • Data analytics experience is highly perferred
  • High level commercial / business acumen is required to support business owners in generating insight through various data sources
  • Should be a skilled communicator with strong ability in translating business requirements into technical terms or vice versa among stakeholders with commercial and technical background
  • Data-driven or patient analytical model development and database manipulation experience
  • Hands on experience using analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Analytical Thinking, tech Savy, and process-oriented mindset is preferred
  • Ability to translate unstructured data into actionable insights is preferred
  • A high attention to detail is preferred
  • Continuous Improvement is preferred
  • Customer Focus is preferred
  • Developing Self and Others is preferred
  • Compliance Mindset is preferred
  • Stakeholder Management is preferred
