A Multinational company working in Pharmaceutical field is looking to hire “ Digital Business Analyst ”
“Project Base 6 months ”
Performs project and enterprise business analysis or tasks collaboratively with the Client Partners and other Pfizer Digital teams.
Digital teams to manage the agreed deliverables and working according to standard processes.
Assists or leads the effort in testing within Digital projects by testing the deliverables according to defined test scripts before releasing the deliverables to the business partners.
Ensures that issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
Works with client representation to identify required system or application changes.
Assist in the delivery of other customer-facing solutions.
Be center point of contact of technical project delivery & liaison point with the cross-digital teams working under the supervision of the CP in each market
Complete the assigned digital operations tasks in each market, such as system upgrades, change Requests and incident management
Ensure all customer expectations have been met through timely delivery of solutions and services by effectively working with internal and external service providers
Maintain compliance to organizational policies, procedures, internal controls, projects execution and systems delivery
Requirements :
Previous experience in Pharmaceuticals industry, Multi-national corporations or Consulting preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working within a team environment across business Functions to influence a desired outcome
Technical & information systems knowledge
Project management skills: Prioritization, demand & time management
Software testing experience
Working in a matrix organization
Strong communication skills and ability to build business relations with stakeholders
