Business Incubator Manager (Ukraine)

Main responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the “REDpreneur Business Incubator” in Kyiv, Ukraine.
• Helping women and IDPs refine entrepreneurial ideas and create business plans and development strategies.
• Develop tools and systems to support local entrepreneurs at every stage of their development.
• Provide support to Red Cross branches to establish financial sustainable provision of social and health services.
• Facilitate communication, advance e-learning and digital tools for capacity and skills development.
• Set-up a pool of mentors, trainers, and local experts to support a women business network.
• Ensure proper narrative and financial reporting as per donor and AutRC internal requirements.
• Conduct research to identify funding and sources of support for social entrepreneurs and innovative start-ups.

Qualifications:

• valid EU work permit required
• At least five years of proven experience in social entrepreneurship, small business development and/or innovation management
• Educational background in economic science, development studies or a related field
• Experience in programme development or leading position in a social business/NGO would be an asset.
• Project and finance management skills (including budgeting and budget control)
• Good English speaking and writing skills required, Ukrainian language skills are a strong asset.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to work in an international team with high sensitivity to diversity.
• Experience in the Red Cross- and Red Crescent Movement and previous assignments abroad especially in Eastern Europe are an asset.

About the job

• Job location: Kyiv; travels to other destination in Ukraine if required.

• Duration: Minimum 1 year with option to extend
• Compensation: Minimum monthly all-in salary of 4.600 (RK 14) / 14 time per year; option to be raised depending on qualifications and experience.
• Accommodation in country of assignment is being provided.
