We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our established sales office in Barcelona. 

We reward success, and you will have the ability to grow and learn first-hand from the company’s top sales professionals. The position offers a competitive salary structure that includes a guaranteed base salary while also rewarding you handsomely for your results with uncapped commissions.

As a BDR your role would involve:

·        Working directly with one of our experienced Senior Sales Leaders to set calls and appointments 

·        Prospecting, emailing and creating enticing outreach campaigns that will help bolster inbound product and service enquiries.

·         Market research and data capture

·         Creating, modifying and launching strategic email campaigns

·         Assisting Sales Director with day-to-day sales functions

·         Auditing existing client relationships for further opportunities

·         Bringing your own set of ideas to help improve day-to-day operations and results

Requirements:

·         Business level English is essential however other European Languages, particularly German, French and Spanish are highly valued.

·         Preference will be given for applicants with either Investments or FMCG sector experience

·         Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus

·         Track record of over-achieving goals

·         Incredible research skills

·         Solid communication and interpersonal skill

·         Positive, goal-oriented attitude is a must have

Successful candidates shall be on a progression path to develop into a stand-alone Senior Sales Executive within their first 12 months to then take on the role of conducting sales calls and managing their own Accounts directly.
