Business Development Officer

Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Business Development Officer to join our team in London, UK.

Malaria Consortium seeks a Business Development Officer to work in its Business Development (BD) team. The postholder will support effective information sharing and administration of the BD team and help it to efficiently respond to arising opportunities. This post holder has the capacity to handle and prioritise a diverse range of tasks to meet external, hard deadlines.

The postholder will work closely with headquarters, regional and country teams to support proposal development efforts and the tracking of business development opportunities from identification through to contract signing.

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in development studies, public health, business administration or similar, or equivalent work experience
• Writing and/or editing experience, particularly bid proposals
• Academic and/or work experience in international development
• Experience working in business development or fundraising
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Right to work in the UK
