Job Description:
The Business Analytics Manager is responsible for the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics. Analytics to serve as the data storyteller and optimization using systematic computational analysis of data / statistics to see insights and meaningful data that we might not otherwise detect. Collaborate across multiple areas to identify risks, opportunities, and gaps in reporting. Develop intelligent models and analytics that will further drive strategic development of customer centered services working with Director of Strategic Planning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, develop and maintain reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards including performance metrics to visualize and measurement insights for strategic initiatives.
- Enable predictive analytics using data mining, predictive modeling by mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises / cloud-based to support strategic initiatives.
- Identifying areas for improvement, incorporating best-in-class and cutting-edge techniques, and designing new approaches and methodologies.
- Scope, implement and execute Analytics programs.
- Analyzing historical operations data to predict future outcomes, utilizing large/disparate data sets.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables.
- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards working with IT BI and Data Science Teams to ensure compliance with standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Train, develop and supervise functional / analyst-level employees.
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics/Business Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or in a related field five or more years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent critical thinking, solving complex problems and managing data discrepancies skills.
- Deep knowledge of PBI, Qlik, Cloud, Alteryx, MS SQL.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Synapse.
- Data mining, preparation, and modeling experience.
- Previous experience in delivering/using predictive analytics insights to optimize spend.
- Statistical analysis language experience.
- Some Experience in Python, R, distributed computing system such as Hadoop or AWS.
- Exposure to AI/ML techniques or frameworks preferred/ nice to have.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.

- Able to multi-task and adapt to changing environments.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$108,100.00 – $170,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
